Advanced prostheses and related control/feedback interfaces

This activity primarily targets (i) the advancement of existing soft robotic technologies for trans radial myo-electric prostheses SoftHand Pro – an antropomorphic soft robotic hand actuated with only one motor (while the possible extension to other body anatomical components will be considered) and (ii) the development of wearable interfaces to control assistive robotic systems relying on physiological and postural signals, and for delivering informative tactile stimuli to the user.
